Established in 1973, CITY HOSPITAL RADIO (registered charity), Peterboroughs longest running radio station, broadcasts daytime, afternoon and evening shows every day on channel 28 on bedside TVs to over 600 patients, within City Hospital, here in Peterborough UK. Within the Atrium of City Hospital, our shows can be heard through speakers/monitors located above the studio, which usually prompt visitors and patients to complete and place a dedication/request slip in our very own CHR postbox, which can be found just outside our studio window, so we can play a song and pass on a get well soon message. Free CHR magazines are available throughout the hospital to patients and visitors, where you can read all about the station, the shows and our Presenters. Our shows are packed full of music, chat, competitions, jokes, phone ins, a 'what's on' guide, news and weather updates, quotes of the week, hospital information and lots more. Why not tune in and give us a call today.
